August 9, 2003 -  At last the weather cooperated!  It was a beautiful day for a car wash Saturday, and the Peter Claver Center Karate Vikings were out behind Sam's Club on Larkin Ave.  raising money for the Center and the Team.  Besides providing a place to hold the event, Sam's Club will match the money raised at the event.  Thanks to all the volunteers who washed cars, baked the goodies and those who sold them.  Thanks to the good people of Joliet for their continued support..
